All burning tests are performed using cube samples only. Please provide your cube images (step sequence) and, if available, the cube dimensions.

Procedure

  1. Use a single standardized cube sample (customer-provided size; typical weight ≈ 15 g).
  2. Place the cube on a metal crucible or heat-resistant stand on a stable surface.
  3. Ignite the cube with a standardized flame for 2 minutes, then allow it to burn freely until self-extinguished.
  4. Record burn time, residual mass (ash %), smoke level and odor; photograph the cube at key stages.

Yes! Our charcoal factory in Padang, West Sumatera, Indonesia welcomes visitors. Please let us know your expected arrival date, and we'll arrange airport pickup from Padang or Jakarta.

We recommend first-time buyers visit to see our production process, quality control, and team firsthand.

Can you produce charcoal with my brand?

Yes, we offer OEM production services. Send us your packaging design, and we'll handle the printing. We sign NDAs to protect your brand design.

Note: We focus on production, not design. Please provide ready-to-print artwork.

What is your quality guarantee?

We guarantee that our charcoal meets your specifications. If specifications differ from what we promised, we'll replace or refund your order.

Each batch undergoes independent laboratory testing and third-party verification.

What about Quality Control?

We implement comprehensive quality control with independent laboratory testing (volatile meter, ash content, moisture, calories).

You can visit anytime or hire independent surveyors (Sucofindo, Beckjorindo and independent lab).

What are your Payment Terms?

We accept TT (bank transfer) in USD or Euro to our Indonesian bank account (BCA only).

Payment terms: 50% down payment to start production, 50% balance before stuffing.
