Our Production Process
From Raw Material to Finished Product
We take pride in our meticulous production process, ensuring that every step is carefully executed to deliver the highest quality coconut charcoal briquettes to our customers worldwide.

Raw Coconut Charcoal Selection
We source high-quality raw coconut charcoal from trusted suppliers, ensuring that only the best materials are used in our production process.

Rotary Process
The raw charcoal is fed into our rotary machine, which screens and removes impurities, ensuring that only high-quality charcoal proceeds to the next stage.

Crushing Process
The screened charcoal is crushed into fine particles using our high-capacity crushing machine, preparing it for the mixing stage.

Mixing Process
The crushed charcoal is mixed with food-grade binders to ensure strong cohesion, long burn time, and low ash output.

Blending Process
The blended mixture is thoroughly homogenized to ensure even distribution of materials, resulting in high-quality briquettes with consistent performance.

Cutting Process
The pressed briquettes are cut into uniform shapes and sizes, ensuring consistent performance and ease of use for our customers.

Drying Process
Freshly pressed briquettes are dried thoroughly to remove moisture, reaching the optimal moisture content for export quality.

Packaging
Finished briquettes are packed into inner plastic (1 kg), inner box (1 kg), and master box (10 kg) — with silica gel included and private label options available.
